(a) Qualifications: Holder of Form IV Certificate of Secondary School Education with passes in Kiswahili and English plus Trade Test certificate in motor vehicle maintenance/mechanic at NVTA I and a valid Driving License in the relevant class with at least three years continuous driving experience. Must have a certificate of competence in driving from a recognized Driving School.
