Head of Sales & Channels (Grade 15)

JOB PURPOSE
Together with the Management Team responsible for;
- Continually improving the present (and future) performance of Tigo Tanzania
- Creating team spirit based on the Tigo culture
- Stimulating innovation and consumer focus throughout the operation
- Managing resources to deliver the offer in alignment with company strategy
- Ensuring profitable customer intake (mass market and corporate)
- Optimizing and innovating the distribution process
- Developing team skills and ensuring the transfer knowledge
- Validating needs identified at Product Brief profile, defining strategy and/or plans as input for final Blueprint of the offer
- Executing the acquisition of all "Market Mobile" needs for the development of the Offer and validating and executing the Training Plan, related to "Market Mobile" activities
- Developing logistics for POP material distribution and training to sales channels.
- Selling the offer to consumers, including development of "Street dynamics".
- Execute Dealers loyalty evaluation and prepare frontline feedback report
