JOB PURPOSE
Together with the Management Team responsible for;

  • Continually improving the present (and future) performance of Tigo Tanzania
  • Creating team spirit based on the Tigo culture
  • Stimulating innovation and consumer focus throughout the operation
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing resources to deliver the offer in alignment with company strategy
  • Ensuring profitable customer intake (mass market and corporate)
  • Optimizing and innovating the distribution process
  • Developing team skills and ensuring the transfer knowledge
  • Validating needs identified at Product Brief profile, defining strategy and/or plans as input for final Blueprint of the offer
  • Executing the acquisition of all "Market Mobile" needs for the development of the Offer and validating and executing the Training Plan, related to "Market Mobile" activities
  • Developing logistics for POP material distribution and training to sales channels.
  • Selling the offer to consumers, including development of "Street dynamics".
  • Execute Dealers loyalty evaluation and prepare frontline feedback report
